We aim to schedule both the installation of your water cooler or dispenser and any deliveries at your earliest convenience. We are generally able to deliver Mains Fed water coolers and dispensers within 3-4 days.
As per the EDWCA guidelines, we sanitise all mains-fed water dispensers every 6 months. The service will be carried out by our EDWCA accredited service technicians and should take no longer than 20 minutes of your time.
There is no need to call. For your peace of mind, machines are labelled with the date of their last sanitation and when the next one is due, we simply arrive to perform the service whenever it’s due.

The installation of the AquAid Titan Mains Fed Water Dispenser doesn’t just benefit you though. On average, every AquAid water cooler installed will provide four people with water every year.
This is achieved through AquAid donating a portion of the revenue generated from our water, water cooler and dispenser sales to these charities and in so doing, continue to ensure those in need have potable water for life.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the AquAid Titan mains‑fed water dispenser and how does it differ from bottled systems?
The AquAid Titan is a mains‑fed water cooler/dispenser, meaning it connects straight to your building’s water supply rather than using bottled water. This ensures continuous chilled (and optionally hot/ambient) water without manual bottle changes, making it more convenient, cost‑effective and environmentally friendly.
What water temperatures and dispensing heights does the Titan offer?
The Titan offers cold (and in some models hot & cold or cold & ambient) water delivery. It features a high‑capacity dispense height of 265 mm (or similar) enabling refillable tall sports bottles and jugs to fit easily.
What are the key hygiene and convenience features of the Titan?
The Titan includes a touch‑sensitive control panel (ultra‑hygienic), an auto‑lit dispensing area to clearly highlight the dispense point, an integrated cup dispenser, and optional alarmed internal drain. These features help maintain cleanliness and convenience in high‑profile areas such as receptions or breakout zones.
What are the technical specifications and installation requirements for the Titan?
Dimensions: approx. 1065 mm (H) × 325 mm (W) × 380 mm (D)
Cooling system: rated at 100 W (steel tank) for the cold side, 30 litres/hr output.
The unit must be connected to mains water supply and a suitable power supply must be available.
Regular servicing (including sanitisation) is recommended every six months by accredited technicians.
Where is the Titan best used and what benefits does it deliver?
The Titan is best suited for high‑visibility/usage areas such as receptions, boardrooms, offices, or breakout areas. Because it supports taller bottles and jugs, it encourages reusable containers and helps reduce single‑use plastic waste. Being mains fed, it removes the need for bottle storage and replacement logistics.
