Cinnamon Water
Try spicing up your drink in a healthy way! Not only does it taste good, but cinnamon has the added health benefits of lowering your blood sugar and your cholesterol.

Cinnamon Sticks Water
Directions:
Simmer a cinnamon stick per cup of water. Drain to remove the cinnamon stick and any unwanted pieces of cinnamon. Add cool water and ice to the remaining liquid. It can’t get any easier than that!
Lavender Tea
Not only do we love its scent and beautiful colour, but its known healing benefit is what makes this flavoured water irresistible. Lavender has been linked to help with bloating and an upset stomach. A tea made with Lavender relieves tension, muscle spasms and helps Menstrual cramps.
Recipe
- 2 Tbsps of dried lavender flowers
- 2 Cups boiling water
- 1 Tbsp of Manuka Honey
- 1 Tbsp or organic lemon juice
Directions
Put the dried flowers in a clear glass teapot and pour the boiling water over them. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain when ready to drink. Add the Manuka Honey and lemon Juice.
